- Deposits for a group flight are usually non-refundable. But we do our best to process your refund in these scenarios without any warranties.
- When you book a round trip and do not take the outward flights, then the refund for the flight will be canceled, and you may not get any refund for this.
- If you do not show for the boarding, nor check in, then you will be deemed a no-show. In this case, costs paid in respect of the itineraries are forfeited.
- We will process the refund in the same modes that were used at the time of booking. However, travelers may request to change the mode of payment.
- A refund process can take up to 60 to 90 days from the date of submission of the reimbursement receipt.
